One organisation. One annual price.
Not per user — compliance is a team sport and charging per seat only keeps people out of the system that needs them in it. A price depends on your organisation's size, the legal entities covered and the term, so every tier below asks rather than tells.

Free Readiness CheckComing
Answer the scope questions for your own organisation in a private workspace, and get the applicability result and a readiness score, free. Until it opens, the live demo runs the same assessment on a synthetic organisation.
For CA, CS, law and information-security firms
A consultant workspace with per-client-organisation packs, so a firm can run DPDP readiness across its client base from one place, with each client's data isolated from every other. The workspace is a Phase 2 build; if you advise Indian organisations on DPDP, we want to talk to you now.
What sets your price
Every quotation is built from three facts about your organisation.
- Size
- whichever is higher: the people on your staff, or the people whose personal data you process as a Data Fiduciary in a year. Personal data you process for a client, as its Data Processor, is not counted.
- Legal entities
- separately registered companies or bodies. Branches and business units are not counted.
- Term
- one, two or three years. Your size band is set when you sign and reviewed at each renewal.
The volumes on each plan — rights requests, vendors tracked and evidence storage — are included allowances, not the price. Allowances are reviewed at renewal; growth never stops your work mid-term.
Only administrators and privacy managers are licensed users; contributors, reviewers and read-only viewers are unlimited and free.
