Who we are

DPDPNiti is a product of AZpirations Services. For anything in this notice, write to connect_dpdpniti@azpiration.in.

What this website collects

This site is almost entirely static pages. The one exception is the demo request form, described below; everything else has no accounts, no shopping basket and no comment box. Specifically:

  • No analytics. We run no analytics product, no tag manager and no advertising pixel.
  • No cookies set by us. The site sets no cookies of its own and shows no cookie banner, because it has nothing to ask you to consent to.
  • No third-party embeds. Fonts are served from this site rather than fetched from a font provider, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary request logs — IP address, time, the page requested, the browser's user agent — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

If you request a demo

The demo request form is the one form on this site. If you fill it in, we collect your name, your firm, your work email, your phone number if you choose to give one, and the answers you give about what you need. We use your answers to open the right demo for you and to contact you about it — nothing else.

The address you give is not verified. We do not send a confirmation link or check that it is really yours before writing to you, so if you mistype it, we simply cannot reach you.

We delete a demo request no later than 60 days after we receive it.

To withdraw your request, or to ask us to delete it sooner, write to connect_dpdpniti@azpiration.in.

If you email us

When you write to us — to ask for a walkthrough, or about anything else — we receive what you chose to send: your name, your email address, your organisation, and whatever you wrote. We use it to reply, to arrange and follow up on a walkthrough, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to a third party for their own purposes.

If you book a slot

Our scheduling link opens Calendly, which is a separate company. Nothing on this site sends them anything — the link is an ordinary link, and until you follow it they receive nothing at all and set no cookie here. Once you are on their page, what you type there is handled by them under their own terms, and we receive the booking they pass to us: your name, your email address and whatever you answered.

If you would rather not involve a third party, email us instead. Both routes reach the same people.

How long we keep it

  • Correspondence: for as long as we are in contact, and for 24 months after the last exchange.
  • Demo request: deleted no later than 60 days after we receive it.
  • Server logs: as retained by our hosting provider in the ordinary course, and not copied elsewhere by us.

If you ask us to erase your correspondence sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Who else sees it

Three, and no more than three. They act on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts and serves this website. Loading any page here means Cloudflare handles the request, so it sees your IP address and ordinary request details such as the page you asked for and your browser's user agent. This is unavoidable for any hosted site; what is avoidable is using it for anything else, and we do not.
  • Google — carries our mail. Anything you send to connect_dpdpniti@azpiration.in is delivered and stored through Google Workspace.
  • Calendly — only if you choose the scheduling link. See “If you book a slot” above. Until you follow that link they receive nothing, and if you never use it they never appear in your story at all.

That is the complete list. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no tag manager, no chat widget and no font service — not as a policy we intend to keep, but as a description of the site you are reading. If that ever changes, this list changes in the same release.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we are processing it; ask us to correct or complete it; ask us to erase it; and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. To do any of those, write to connect_dpdpniti@azpiration.in. We will acknowledge within three working days and respond substantively as quickly as we reasonably can.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data or your request, tell us first at connect_dpdpniti@azpiration.in — the Act expects a Data Principal to use the Data Fiduciary's own grievance route before approaching the Data Protection Board of India, and we would rather fix it. If we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Board.

Changes

When this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top and keep the previous version available on request. We will not change it quietly.

* Legal review pending. This document has been prepared by DPDPNiti and has not been reviewed by an external legal adviser. We publish it rather than withhold it, because you are entitled to know our position before you contact us, and it will be replaced by a reviewed version before DPDPNiti is generally available.

See it against your own obligations

A walkthrough of the real product — the assessment, the controls, the evidence and the audit trail — with the roadmap shown as the roadmap.

Scheduling opens Calendly, a third party who will see what you enter there. Email reaches us directly and this site records nothing either way.
